Position Overview

Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant position at Mayfair in Wauwatosa, WI with Advocate Aurora Health. 40 hours per week.

No call, no weekends, no holidays required.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly pay range $86.75-$138.80. Competitive range $110.00-$138.80 per hour. $100,000 sign-on bonus. Guaranteed additional shifts with premiums of +$75-$100 per hour above base. 30 days Paid Time Off. 40 CME hours annually with $2,250 allowance. Practice Model

Anesthesia Care Team (ACT) model under medical direction of an anesthesiologist.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Anesthesia. Anesthesiologist Assistant license in Wisconsin. AA-C certification from NCCAA within 18 months. ACLS and PALS or NRP within 6 months. New graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Participate in anesthesia care delivery under anesthesiologist direction. Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations. Assist with care plans. Monitor patients during procedures. Manage airway and hemodynamics. Document care. Collaborate with care teams.
