Position Overview

Full-time CRNA position at Carolinas Medical Center, a Level 1 trauma center and academic teaching hospital in Charlotte, NC. Entry-level salary starts at $204,443 per year with a $100,000 sign-on bonus.

Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia for adult and pediatric heart cases, heart and liver transplants, HPB, neurosurgery, OB including labor epidurals, pediatrics, neonates, and NORA cases. Participate in code stroke response and committee work.

Schedule & Call Requirements

Shifts vary and include days, afternoons, nights, and overnight call. Options for 8-, 10-, 12-, or 24-hour shifts available.

Qualifications

NC RN licensure, graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program, CRNA licensure, and current BLS, ACLS, and PALS from AHA required. SRNAs from the CMC/UNCC program are supported.

Facility Details

Carolinas Medical Center handles 25,000 OR cases and 22,000 NORA cases annually. It is a transplant center for heart, kidney, pancreas, and liver, with 110 CRNAs on staff. Magnet designated with academic affiliation to Wake Forest University School of Medicine.

Compensation & Benefits
