CRNA with Up to $100K Bonus | Elkin, NC

Position Overview

CRNA position at Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital in Elkin, North Carolina. This full-time role involves a combination of inpatient and outpatient surgical care coverage as part of a joint venture with Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay range $99.75-$159.60. Multi-year bonus up to $100K over 4 years. Transition bonus up to $7,500. Educational assistance up to $12K for SRNAs. Health, dental, and vision insurance from day 1. Up to 6% employer retirement contributions. PTO starting at 25 days per year. 6 weeks paid maternity leave and 4 weeks paid non-birth parent leave.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program with master's degree or higher. North Carolina RN licensure and CRNA certification. Current ACLS and BLS certifications. New graduates and SRNAs are eligible.
