Position Overview

Leadership Responsibilities

Partners with physician and operational leaders, participates in quality improvement and recruiting, conducts performance reviews, coordinates onboarding, supports engagement initiatives, provides mentorship, and collaborates on councils.

Clinical Responsibilities

Assesses and manages patients, orders diagnostics, prescribes interventions, provides counseling, maintains documentation, and performs procedures within scope and privileges.

Requirements

Active RN and APRN license, NBCRNA certification, DEA registration, ACLS/PALS/NRP as required. Master's degree in nursing. No experience required.
