SRNA CRNA with $140K Incentives | Winston-Salem, NC

Position Overview

SRNA position on the inpatient anesthesia team at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist in Winston-Salem, NC. 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling including 11-, 12-, and 13-hour shifts, hybrid options, and weekend shifts.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay range $99.75-$159.60 per hour. Up to $140,000 in recruitment incentives. Up to $75,000 forgivable loan for education assistance. Up to $2,500 CME reimbursement plus PTO. 30 days PTO accrual per year. 6 weeks paid maternity leave and 4 weeks paid parental leave. Up to 6% employer retirement contributions. Up to $7,500 relocation assistance.

Schedule & Call Requirements

Facility Details

Level 1 trauma center and academic health system. Wide case mix including orthopedic, vascular, burns, cardiothoracic, neurology, ENT, general, robotic, and gynecology cases plus EP, IR, MRI, and TEE.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an eligible CRNA program. Clinical competency within granted privileges. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
