CRNA Full-Time $100K Sign-On | Burlington, WI

Position Overview

Full-time CRNA role on a CRNA-led team at Aurora Medical Center Burlington and Lakeland in southeastern Wisconsin. Provides anesthesia for adult elective and emergency cases including general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay range $99.75-$159.60. $100,000 sign-on bonus. Forgivable loan option. 30 days PTO increasing with service. $2,250 annual CME reimbursement plus 40 hours CME PTO. Malpractice insurance provided. Licensure and certification costs covered. No non-compete agreements. Schedule

40 hours per week. Full-time status.

Practice Model

CRNA-led collaborative model. Responsibilities include pre-anesthesia evaluation, anesthesia delivery, post-anesthesia care, and emergency management.

Requirements

Master's degree in nursing. Active Wisconsin RN and APNP licenses. CRNA certification. ACLS, PALS, and NRP as applicable. New graduates and experienced CRNAs accepted.

Location

Burlington and Elkhorn, Wisconsin. Small-town setting with access to Milwaukee, Madison, and Chicago.
