Position Overview

Full-time CRNA role at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood. CRNA-led team in a collaborative care model with full scope of practice for adult patients.

Schedule and Call Requirements

No call, no weekends, and no holidays. Flexible weekday shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly rate $99.75-$159.60 ($251,680-$330,720 annually). $100,000 sign-on bonus. 30 days PTO with additional accrual. 40 CME hours and $2,250 CME allowance annually. Guaranteed additional shifts with $75-$100/hour premiums. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement match, and educational assistance. Student loan forgiveness available.

Qualifications

Master's degree in nursing. Active RN and APRN license in Illinois. NBCRNA certification. DEA registration. ACLS, PALS, NRP as required. New graduates and experienced CRNAs welcome.
