Full-Time CRNA with $100K Sign-On | Oshkosh, WI

Position Overview

Full-time CRNA role at Aurora Medical Center in Oshkosh, WI. M-F variable day hours with call once per pay period, one holiday per year, and every 12th weekend.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay range $99.75-$159.60 per hour ($251,680-$330,720 annually for 1.0 FTE). $100,000 sign-on bonus for 3-year commitment. Guaranteed additional shifts at $75-$100 per hour premium. 30 days PTO with accrual increases. 40 CME hours and $2,250 CME allowance annually. Monday through Friday variable day shifts. Call frequency is once per pay period, one holiday, and every 12th weekend.

Qualifications

Master's degree in nursing. Current Wisconsin RN license, CRNA certification, APNP license, DEA registration, NRP, PALS, and ACLS (some certifications within 6 months). No experience required.
