Position Overview

Full-time CRNA role at Aurora Medical Center Mount Pleasant and Racine Surgery Center. Mon-Fri 10-hour days with no call, holidays, or weekends.

Schedule and Call

Monday through Friday day shifts only. No call, no weekends, no holidays.

Compensation

Hourly rate $99.75-$159.60 ($251,680-$330,720 annually). Sign-on bonus eligible up to $100,000. Extra shift bonuses $75-$100/hour. CME reimbursement $2,250 annually plus 40 hours PTO. Malpractice insurance covered. 30 days PTO increasing with service.

Requirements

Master's degree in nursing. CRNA certification, Wisconsin RN and APNP licenses, DEA registration, NRP, PALS, and ACLS required (some within 6 months). No experience required.
