Position Overview

Advocate Aurora Health seeks CRNAs for Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, Illinois. Full-time 40 hours per week with Monday-Friday shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours.

Schedule and Call

Day shifts only. Low call frequency of 2 home calls per month.

Compensation

Hourly pay $99.75-$159.60 ($251,680-$330,720 annually). Sign-on bonus eligible up to $100,000. Extra shift bonuses $50-$100/hour. CME reimbursement $2,250 annually plus 40 hours CME PTO. Malpractice insurance covered. No non-compete clauses.

Practice Details

CRNA-led team in collaborative care model. Anesthesia for adult patients in elective and emergency surgical settings. Level I trauma center with services including obstetrics, open-heart surgery, neurosurgery, and oncology.

Requirements

Master's degree in nursing. Active RN and APRN license in Illinois. NBCRNA certification. DEA registration. ACLS, PALS, NRP as required. No experience required. New graduates welcome.
