Position Overview

Inpatient CRNA role at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC. Full-time position with 40 hours per week.

Schedule & Call Requirements

Flexible shift options include 11, 12, and 13-hour shifts, hybrid 8 & 12-hour shifts, and weekend options.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay range $99.75 - $159.60. Sign-on bonus up to $140,000. Relocation assistance up to $7,500. CME reimbursement up to $2,500 plus additional PTO days. PTO accrual starts at 25 days per year. Up to 6% employer-paid retirement contributions. Six weeks paid maternity leave and four weeks paid parental leave. SRNA education assistance up to $12,000 monthly during final year.

Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia for inpatient procedures including orthopedic, vascular, burns, cardiothoracic, neurology, ENT, general, robotic, and gynecology cases. Additional exposure to EP, IR, MRI, burn tank, brachytherapy, and TEE. Precept student nurse anesthetists. Maintain patient records and collaborate with medical team.

Qualifications

Graduation from accredited nurse anesthesia program with master's degree or higher. NC RN licensure and NBCRNA certification. Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
