Position Overview

CRNA inpatient position at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC. 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling including 8-, 11-, 12-, and 13-hour shifts plus hybrid and weekend options.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay range $99.75-$159.60 per hour. Up to $140,000 recruitment incentives. Up to $2,500 CME reimbursement plus 5 PTO days. 30 days PTO accrual. 6 weeks paid maternity leave and 4 weeks parental leave. Dollar-for-dollar retirement match up to 3% plus 3% automatic contribution. Up to $7,500 transition assistance.

Facility Details

Level 1 trauma center. Academic health system. Wide case mix including orthopedic, vascular, burns, cardiothoracic, neurology, ENT, general, robotic, gynecology, EP, IR, MRI, burn tank, brachytherapy, and TEE.

Qualifications

Graduation from accredited nurse anesthesia program with master's degree or higher. North Carolina RN license and NBCRNA certification. Current ACLS and BLS. Ability to precept student nurse anesthetists.
