Position Overview

CRNA position at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Clemmons in Clemmons, NC. Full-time role with 40 hours per week.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay range $99.75-$159.60 per hour. Up to $140,000 in recruitment incentives. Up to $2,500 CME reimbursement and 5 additional PTO days per year. PTO accrual starts at 30 days per year. Six weeks paid maternity leave and four weeks paid parental leave. Dollar-for-dollar retirement match up to 3% plus 3% automatic contribution. Up to $7,500 transition assistance.

Qualifications

Graduation from accredited nurse anesthesia program with master's degree or higher. North Carolina RN licensure and NBCRNA certification. Current ACLS and BLS. Clinical competency within scope of privileges. Strong communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care using safe techniques. Precept student nurse anesthetists. Determine patient care plans considering co-morbidities and age. Collaborate with medical team. Maintain patient records. Demonstrate scheduling flexibility and professionalism.
