Position Overview

PRN CRNA position in the Outpatient Anesthesia Department at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist in Clemmons, NC. The role involves providing anesthesia for a variety of cases including orthopedic, vascular, burns, cardiothoracic, neurology, ENT, general, robotic, and gynecology procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia using safe techniques during inpatient and outpatient procedures.
• Precept Student Nurse Anesthetists as needed.
• Determine appropriate patient care plans considering co-morbidities and age guidelines.
• Collaborate with medical teams to ensure patient safety and quality improvement.
• Maintain patient records in compliance with standards.
• Demonstrate flexibility and punctuality for timely care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program with Master's degree or higher.
• RN licensure from North Carolina Board of Nursing and current CRNA certification.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Ability to demonstrate clinical competency.

Compensation

Hourly rate of $175. Access to certain Advocate Health benefit programs may be available depending on status.
