Position Overview

CRNA position at Premier Surgery Center in High Point, NC, part of Advocate Health. Full-time role with 40 hours per week.

Schedule & Call Requirements

Multiple shift options including 11, 12, and 13-hour shifts, hybrid 8 & 12-hour shifts, and weekend options.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay range $99.75 - $159.60 per hour. Up to $140,000 in recruitment incentives. Up to $7,500 relocation assistance. Up to $2,500 CME reimbursement with additional PTO. PTO accrual starts at 30 days per year. Up to 6% employer-paid retirement contributions. Six weeks paid birthing-mother maternity leave and four weeks paid parental leave. Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia for orthopedic and ENT cases. Precept Student Nurse Anesthetists. Use medical decision-making for peri-operative care. Collaborate with medical team. Maintain patient records and safety standards.

Qualifications

Current North Carolina RN and CRNA licenses. Graduate of accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia. National Board certification as CRNA. Current BLS and ACLS certifications. New graduates and SRNAs welcome.
