Position Overview

CRNA position at Christus Good Shepherd Ambulatory Surgery Center in Longview, Texas. 1099 contract with two compensation options.

Compensation

Option 1: $318,553.37 per year with 10 weeks paid vacation. Option 2: $334,400 per year with 8 weeks paid vacation. Malpractice covered.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM. No call, no holidays, no weekends. Peel-off system.

Practice Model

Hybrid collaborative model. CRNA-only practice majority of the time with an anesthesiologist available on select days. Float/Preop CRNA always present when anesthesiologist is not on site. CRNAs rotate between ASC and nearby orthopedic facility.

Case Mix

GI sedation, orthopedics, urology, eyes, adult and pediatric ENT, dental restoration, outpatient EP/cardiac, TEE sedation. Providers perform own blocks with training available.
