Full-time CRNA position at IU Health Arnett Hospital in Lafayette, Indiana. Collaborative Anesthesia Care Team model with medical direction ratios of 1:2, 1:3, and 1:4. New graduates welcome.
No call, no overnights, no weekends. Flexible day shifts available: 7a-3p, 7a-5p, 7a-7p.
Wide variety of cases excluding major trauma, transplant, and cardiac (separate team). Healthy pediatric cases from 6 months and up. Peripheral nerve blocks required with strong ultrasound regional skills.
Above average base salary with annual retention bonus and performance/metric bonus. 29 days PTO accrued annually. Hearty sign-on bonus and relocation assistance eligible. Occurrence-based malpractice coverage. Strong benefits package including health, vision, dental, CME funds, and 401K with company match.
BC/BE, ACLS, BLS required. Active or eligible Indiana license. Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Level 3 trauma center. Patient draw base over 500,000. Teaching opportunities with residents and SRNA/SAA students available.
