Position Overview

Full-time CAA position at IU Health Arnett Hospital in Lafayette, Indiana. Collaborative care team model with medical direction.

Schedule and Call Requirements

No call, no overnights, no weekends. Flexible day shifts: 7a-3p, 7a-5p, 7a-7p.

Practice Model

Supervision ratios 1:2, 1:3 (ideal), 1:4 (rare). Peripheral nerve blocks required with strong ultrasound regional skills.

Compensation and Benefits

Above average base salary, annual retention bonus, annual performance bonus, option for additional shift work. 29 days PTO accrued yearly. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance eligible. Occurrence-based malpractice coverage. Health, vision, dental, CME funds, 401K with company match.

Qualifications

BC/BE, ACLS, BLS. Active or eligible Indiana license. New graduates welcome.

Facility Details

IU Health Arnett Hospital is a 204-bed Level III trauma center with 6 surgical suites. Wide variety of cases excluding major trauma, transplant, OB, and cardiac (separate team). Healthy pediatric cases from 6 months and up. Patient base over 500,000. Teaching site with option to work with residents and SAA students. Cerner EMR.
