Position Overview
Locum Tenens CRNA position providing general anesthesia in Van Wert, OH. Assignment covers specific weeks including Oct 5-9, Nov 23-27, Dec 21-25, and Dec 28-Jan 1 with 52-week contract option.
Schedule and Call
8-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 5 shifts per week. Call is every 3rd night and every 3rd weekend with 45-minute response time. No OB call.
Compensation
Weekly estimated pay $7,530 to $7,930. 1099 contract with no employee benefits.
Practice Details
All-CRNA practice with 4 CRNAs and 4 ORs. Cases include endoscopy, podiatry, general surgery, orthopedics, and urology. EPIC EMR.
Requirements
Active Ohio CRNA license, DEA registration, minimum 2 years experience, BLS, ACLS, PALS. Proficiency with spinals, epidurals, and peripheral nerve blocks required.
