Locum Tenens CRNA No Call | Jackson, MI

Position Overview

Locum Tenens CRNA providing general anesthesia at a Level II Trauma Center in Jackson, MI. 13-week assignment starting June 1, 2026. Day shifts of 8 or 10 hours, 32-40 hours per week. Must be available Monday or Friday each week. No on-call required.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer general anesthesia for adult and pediatric patients
• Manage neurosurgical cases and monitor neurological status
• Perform spinal anesthesia and local infiltration
• Handle ventilation, respiratory management, and airway emergencies including intubation
• Document in Epic EMR across pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases
• Support daily surgical volume of approximately 50 cases

Qualifications

• Board Certified CRNA
• Active Michigan CRNA license
• Minimum 1 year hospital or surgical CRNA experience
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS required
• Epic EMR experience preferred

Schedule & Call Requirements

Predictable day shifts only. No on-call. Must work either Monday or Friday each week.

Compensation

1099 contract with weekly estimated pay of $6540-$6890. No employee benefits included.

Level II Trauma Center in south-central Michigan. Collaborative model with anesthesiologists. High clinical volume across adult, pediatric, and neurosurgical cases.
