Position Overview

US Anesthesia Partners Nevada seeks trauma night shift anesthesiologists for Siena Hospital in Las Vegas. The practice is physician-owned and led, serving the region since 1989 and running the Sunrise HCA GME residency.

Schedule and Call Requirements

Night shifts run 5:30p-6:30a on weeknights and 6:30p-6:30a on weekends. Flexible patterns include 7 on 14 off, 14 on 14 off, or 7 on 7 off. Full-time roles require 7 night shifts per month and 1 holiday. Additional shifts available on request.

Compensation

W2 or 1099 options at $3000 per shift, with holiday rate $4000 per shift. Full-time W2 salaries are $400000 for 7 on 14 off and $600000 for 7 on 7 off or 14 on 14 off. W2 roles include sign-on bonuses, student loan repayment, and relocation support where applicable.

Qualifications
