Position Overview

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist position with US Anesthesia Partners in Austin, Texas. Family-friendly scheduling includes M-F 8s, 10s, 2 12s and 2 8s, or 13s shifts. No built-in or mandatory call. Diverse case mix covers cardiac, neuro, trauma, obstetrics, plastics, ENT, vascular, transplants, pediatrics, orthopedics, and general surgery.

Schedule and Call

M-F options with scheduled breaks and on-time relief. No mandatory call required.

Compensation and Benefits

$100,000 sign-on bonus or student loan repayment options. Tenure-based year-end bonuses. Annual CME stipend. Up to 9 weeks PTO with sell-back option. 401(k) matching and profit sharing. Practice Details

USAP-Central Texas operates across more than 30 facilities in the greater Austin area, including level 1 trauma centers, high-acuity hospitals, Dell Children's Medical Center, and ambulatory surgery centers. Team includes over 200 CRNAs and 110 anesthesiologists. Multi-site credentialing with geographic and case preferences considered.

Qualifications

Must meet Texas licensure requirements and hospital credentialing for assigned facilities.
