Position Overview

Full-time Anesthesiologist role with US Anesthesia Partners at Tennova Healthcare - Clarksville near Nashville, TN. Generalist practice covering general, healthy pediatrics, ortho, endo, plastics, obstetrics, and neuro cases.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary starts at $400,000 for residents and $450,000 for experienced physicians. $50,000 sign-on bonus with option for residents to receive during training. Competitive vacation and 401k contributions.

Schedule & Call Requirements

13 weekends of 24-hour beeper call per year from home, followed by backup beeper call. Weekday call typically includes post-call day off. Strong emphasis on work-life balance.

Facility Details

180-bed hospital with 12 ORs and 2 surgery centers. Team includes 6 Anesthesiologists and 25 CRNAs. Family-friendly environment with teamwork focus.

Qualifications

MD or DO with completed Anesthesiology residency. Board eligible or certified in Anesthesiology. Must meet hospital credentialing requirements.
