Partner Track Anesthesiologist | Dallas, TX

Position Overview

Partner track Anesthesiologist position with US Anesthesia Partners in the Dallas area. The role involves primarily performing your own cases with a minor component of care team leadership. Fixed salary and reduced call options are also available.

Key Responsibilities

Cover multiple hospitals and surgery centers in the Arlington/Mansfield area including Arlington Memorial Hospital, Methodist Mansfield Hospital, USMD Arlington Hospital, and Baylor Orthopedic and Spine Hospital. Manage OB cases averaging 150-200 deliveries per month. Handle heavy orthopedic volume with regional skills preferred. Pediatric cases available but not required. No cardiac or thoracic cases required due to separate call team.

Schedule and Call

Call requirement is approximately 3 major calls (1st OR call or OB) and 3-4 minor calls per month. First OR call is home call. OB call is 16 or 24 hours in-house.

Qualifications

MD or DO with completion of an approved Anesthesiology Residency program. Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology. Must meet hospital credentialing requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

Highly competitive salary. Sign-on bonus and relocation bonus offered.
