Autonomous CRNA with $50K Sign-On | Fredericksburg, TX

Position Overview

Full-time CRNA position at Methodist Hospital Hill Country in Fredericksburg, Texas. The role offers a high degree of autonomy with diverse case types.

Key Responsibilities

CRNAs perform regional anesthesia including epidurals, SAB, upper and lower extremity blocks with ultrasound guidance, and invasive line placement. Case types include orthopedics, general surgery, ENT, urology, vascular, gynecology, and GI endoscopy. Obstetrical anesthesia experience is preferred but training is available.

Schedule and Call

Schedule based on CRNA pecking order with call responsibilities 1:7 and post-call days off.

Compensation and Benefits

$50,000 sign-on bonus. 7 weeks paid time off. Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance. 401(k) matching and profit sharing totaling up to 7% of annual income. Company paid long-term disability insurance. Annual CME allowance.

Qualifications

Must meet state licensure requirements and hospital credentialing requirements.
