Position Overview

Part-time 1099 CAA position at Candler Hospital and St. Joseph's Hospital in Savannah, GA. The practice serves multiple sites including Effingham Hospital and ambulatory surgery centers.

Schedule & Call Requirements

Monday through Friday 0700-1500. Call and non-call opportunities available. Other schedules offered.

Case Types

Cardiac, general, orthopedic, neuro, GI, vascular, endo, gynecology, pediatrics, radiologic and interventional cardiac procedures. No OB.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures. Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent. Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients. Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia. Monitor patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed. Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.

Requirements

Master's Degree from an Accredited Anesthesiologist Assistant Program. Complies with American Academy of Anesthesiologist Assistants licensure guidelines. Must provide Articles of Incorporation for either an S Corp or C Corp. Must provide own malpractice insurance coverage for full State Limits.

Compensation

Hourly rate: $175/hr.
