Pediatric Fellowship Anesthesiologist | Wilmington, NC

Position Overview

Full-time anesthesiologist position with North American Partners in Anesthesia at Novant New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC. The role serves a 678-bed level II trauma center providing tertiary care across southeastern North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitor patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. degree from accredited medical school
• Fellowship training in pediatric anesthesiology required
• Completion of approved anesthesia residency
• Current physician license
• ECFMG and FLEX certification as applicable

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $605K for call-taking positions
• Sign-on incentive: $50K for 2-year commitment
