Position Overview
Float Anesthesiologist providing care at various ASCs throughout Maryland. Both independent and care team models.
Schedule and Call
Monday through Friday. No weekends. No call. Flexible scheduling.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary of $375K. $50K sign-on incentive. Comprehensive benefits including health, life, vision, dental, disability and AD&D insurance. Generous paid time off. Flexible spending and health savings accounts. Fully paid malpractice insurance. Loan repayment and training assistance available.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures. Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent. Develop and discuss anesthetic plans. Manage induction, maintenance and emergence. Monitor physiological condition and intervene as needed. Support departmental coordination.
Requirements
Board certification or eligibility in anesthesiology. Ability to work at multiple sites as assigned.
