Schedule & Call Requirements

Weekday call from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM with guaranteed post-call day off. Approximately 3 calls per month.

Case Mix

Diverse cases including general, endo, vascular, neuro, radiology, thoracic, urology, cardiac, bariatric, orthopedic, plastics, ENT, OB, and GYN.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitor patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited College of Medicine
• ECFMG and FLEX certification
• Completion of approved residency in anesthesia
• Current physician license

Riverside Regional Medical Center is a 300-bed short-term acute care hospital with a 21-bed neonatal intensive care unit.
