Position Overview
PRN Anesthesiologist role at OSF St Joseph Medical Center, a Level II trauma center in Bloomington, IL. The facility has six ORs and offers complex cases with robotic-assisted technology in a collaborative team setting.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly rate is $400 W2 or $405 1099.
Schedule & Call Requirements
Shifts available include 8s, 10s, 12s, 16s, and 24s when available. Case mix includes neuro, ortho, general, and additional procedures.
Qualifications
MD or DO from accredited institution. Completion of anesthesiology residency. Board eligible or board certified. Current medical licensure. ECFMG/FLEX if applicable.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive anesthesia care. Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain consent. Develop anesthetic plans. Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence. Monitor physiological condition and intervene as needed. Support departmental coordination.
