Position Overview

Per Diem Anesthesiologist opportunity at Parkridge Medical Center in Chattanooga. The 275-bed hospital offers comprehensive diagnostic and medical/surgical services including cardiovascular surgery, cancer treatment, intensive care, orthopedic and spine surgery, and rehabilitation.

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $325/hour

Case Mix

Orthopedic, general, GI, cardiac, pulmonary cases, endovascular, electrophysiology, neurosurgery, GYN and a small amount of pediatric anesthesia.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
Monitor patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed

Requirements

MD or DO from an accredited institution
Completion of Anesthesiology Residency
Board Eligible or Board Certified
Current medical licensure
