Schedule & Call Requirements

Schedule is 7pm to 7am Monday through Sunday on a 24-week cycle with 1on/1off pattern plus 2 weeks of PTO. No call required.

Case Mix

Cases include general surgery, bariatric, cardiac, ENT, urology, vascular, orthopedic, OB, gynecologic, spine neurosurgery, healthy pediatrics, and plastic surgery.

Practice Model

Care team model with 25 physicians and over 70 CRNAs covering two hospitals. Focus on giving everyone a voice while supporting care excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures. Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent. Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients. Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia. Monitor patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed. Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.

Requirements

MD or DO from an accredited institution. Completion of anesthesiology residency. Board eligible or board certified. Current medical licensure. ECFMG/FLEX if applicable.
