Position Overview

Anesthesiologist position at Columbus Regional Healthcare System in Whiteville, NC. The group includes four anesthesiologists and eight CRNAs working in a care team model.

Compensation & Benefits

Schedule & Call Requirements

Three anesthesiologists present each day. Call averages every third night and every third weekend. Call from home with early out the next day after call. No nighttime labor epidurals and very low utilization.

Case Mix

General, pediatric, vascular, robotic, urologic, orthopedic, OB, and gynecologic surgery.

Requirements

MD or DO degree from accredited College of Medicine. Fellowship trained in Pediatric Anesthesiology. ECFMG and FLEX. Completion of approved residency in anesthesia. Currently licensed as a physician.
