CRNA position at UPMC Hamot Medical Center in Erie, PA. The facility is a Level II trauma center with over 400 beds providing inpatient and outpatient services.
Salary range $260K-$300K annually. Sign-on bonus of $100K. Comprehensive benefits include health, life, vision, dental, disability and AD&D insurance, generous paid time off, flexible spending and health savings accounts, fully paid malpractice insurance, and loan repayment and training assistance.
Work 73 shifts of 24 hours per year for full compensation and benefits.
Cases include ortho, neuro, general surgery, transplants, and OBGYN.
Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures. Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent. Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients. Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia. Monitor patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed. Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
Current license as a registered professional nurse. Prior CRNA experience. Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education. Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.
