Position Overview

Full-time CRNA role in the NAPA SWAT Program covering multiple sites in the New York region. Position offers W-2 employment with travel flexibility across NAPA facilities.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary of $168.27 per hour equivalent to $350K annually. Schedule & Call Requirements

Schedule may require up to two calls per month. Hours over 40 per week paid at 1.5x rate. Additional agreed calls paid at $500 pager rate. Call length varies by site (8, 12, 16, or 24 hours). Diverse case mix.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures. Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent. Develop and discuss anesthetic plans. Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence. Monitor physiological condition and intervene as needed. Support departmental coordination.

Requirements

Current license as registered professional nurse. Graduation from accredited nurse anesthesia program. Certified or recertified by AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists. Practice in care-team model.
