Position Overview
Part time CRNA position at OSF Sacred Heart Medical Center in Danville, IL. The 174-bed facility is part of the OSF Health Care system.
Schedule & Call Requirements
Part time schedule under 40 hours per week. CRNAs cover seven OB home-based calls per month.
Case Mix
General, OB, and healthy pediatric cases in a care team model with five CRNAs and three anesthesiologists.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary of $240K for 1.0 FTE, prorated for part time. Full time call takers can reach up to $275K with incentives. $100K sign-on incentive prorated by FTE. Comprehensive benefits include health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D insurance, generous PTO, FSA/HSA, fully paid malpractice, and loan repayment assistance.
Requirements
Current RN license, graduation from accredited nurse anesthesia program, and AANA certification or recertification.
