Position Overview

Full-time CRNA position at Bon Secours St. Mary's Hospital in Richmond, VA, with North American Partners in Anesthesia. The role covers a variety of cases including general surgery, bariatric, cardiac, ENT, urology, vascular, orthopedic, OB, gynecologic, spine neurosurgery, pediatric, and plastic surgery.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range $244K-$293,500. $50K sign-on incentive. Call stipend available. Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive anesthesia care. Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent. Develop anesthetic plans. Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence. Monitor physiological condition and intervene as needed. Support departmental coordination.

Requirements

Current RN license. Graduation from accredited nurse anesthesia program. Certified or recertified by AANA Council on Certification.
