Position Overview
Per Diem CRNA at Capital City Surgery Center in Raleigh, NC. This is a best-in-class fast-paced 10-bed ambulatory surgery center.
Schedule and Call
No call, no weekends and no holiday work.
Compensation
Hourly rate of $175. Fully paid malpractice insurance coverage.
Case Mix
Full spectrum of outpatient anesthesia including orthopedics, cataracts, retinas, ENT pediatrics and GYN.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures. Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent. Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients. Manage induction, maintenance and emergence from anesthesia. Monitor patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed.
Requirements
Current license as a registered professional nurse. Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education. Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.
