Position Overview

Full-time CRNA position at Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News, VA. The role involves comprehensive anesthesia care in a 300-bed acute care hospital with a 21-bed neonatal ICU.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range is $275K to $290K. Sign-on incentive of $75K. Case Assignments & Schedule

Cases include general, endo, vascular, neuro, radiology, thoracic, urology, cardiac, bariatric, orthopedic, plastics, ENT, OB and GYN. Various schedules available with minimal call and weekend requirements covered by a dedicated 24-hour CRNA team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care across surgical procedures. Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent. Develop anesthetic plans. Manage induction, maintenance and emergence. Monitor physiological condition and intervene as needed. Support departmental coordination.

Requirements

Current license as a registered professional nurse. Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program. Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.
