Position Overview

Full-time CRNA position at UPMC Hamot Medical Center in Erie, PA practicing in a collaborative care team model.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range is $250K-$290K annually. Sign-on incentive of $100K. UPMC Hamot is a regional tertiary-care facility, referral hub, and Level II trauma center with over 400 beds and nearly 4,000 employees.

Schedule & Call Requirements

Five-day work shifts. Weekend call and in-house call with overtime opportunities.

Case Assignments

Cases include ortho, neuro, general surgery, transplants, and OBGYN.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive anesthesia care, perform pre-anesthesia evaluations, develop anesthetic plans, manage induction/maintenance/emergence, monitor physiological condition, and support departmental coordination.

Requirements

Current RN license, graduation from accredited nurse anesthesia program, and certification or recertification by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.
