Position Overview
Per diem CRNA role at UPMC Hamot Medical Center in Erie, PA. The facility is a Level II trauma center with over 400 beds providing inpatient and outpatient services.
Compensation
Hourly rate of $175.
Schedule
Five-day work shifts.
Case Assignments
Ortho, neuro, general surgery, transplants, and OBGYN.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures. Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent. Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients. Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia. Monitor patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed. Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
Requirements
Current license as a registered professional nurse. Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education. Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.
