Position Overview

Full-time CRNA position at Heart Hospital of Austin in Central Austin, TX. Specialty adult 72-bed facility with 6 ORs and 1 EP lab.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary based on experience: $200-245K base. $50K sign-on incentive. Comprehensive benefits include health, life, vision, dental, disability and AD&D insurance. 7-8 weeks paid time off. Schedule & Call Requirements

No call, weekends or holidays. Peel staffing system with some shorter and longer days, rare overtime.

Practice Details

Team model with professional autonomy including lines. 9 CRNAs and 4 MDs on staff. Close collaborative relationships and access to high acuity cases. Cardiac orientation provided.

Case Mix

Open hearts, electrophysiology lab, endovascular, NORA and general surgery. No OB, peds or neuro.

Requirements

Current RN license. Graduation from accredited nurse anesthesia program. Certified or recertified by AANA Council on Certification.
