Position Overview

24-hour shift CRNA position at Richmond University Medical Center in Staten Island, NY. The role operates in a care-team model at a 470+ bed teaching hospital.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary of $330K. Sign-on incentive of $100K. Schedule & Call Requirements

Position requires 73 24-hour shifts per year, approximately 6 days per month.

Facility Details

Richmond University Medical Center provides acute, medical and surgical care including OB, emergency services, minimally invasive and robotic surgery, gastroenterology, cardiology, pediatrics, podiatry, endocrinology, urology, oncology, orthopedics, neonatal intensive care and maternal health.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures. Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent. Develop and discuss anesthetic plans. Manage induction, maintenance and emergence from anesthesia. Monitor physiological condition and perform interventions. Support departmental coordination.

Requirements

Current license as a registered professional nurse. Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program. Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists. OB experience preferred.
