Position Overview

Sentara Anesthesiology Specialists seeks a BC/BE Anesthesiologist for a full-time role at Sentara RMH Medical Center in Harrisonburg, Virginia. The 238-bed community hospital serves a seven-county area.

Compensation & Benefits

$520,000 annual shift-based compensation with additional earning potential. $75,000 sign-on/commencement bonus. $15,000 quality performance incentive. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, retirement match, tuition assistance, student debt paydown, and 100% malpractice coverage. PSLF eligible.

Schedule & Call Requirements

Rotating shifts. 1:15 first call with post-call days always off. Hybrid model includes 1:3 supervision ratio and own cases. Daily board runner and float CRNA support.

Practice Model

Hybrid practice combining supervision and personal cases at a non-profit community hospital with Epic EHR.
