Independent Practice CRNA | Albuquerque, NM

Position Overview

Join Main Street Anesthesia in Albuquerque, NM, where CRNAs and MDs practice independently in a collaborative anesthesiology team. CRNAs practice to the full scope of their license, independently performing all pre-ops, anesthetics, PACU management, blocks, and lines. A facilitator is available for board running, consultation, and emergencies. Mentoring is offered for blocks and lines. This role suits CRNAs seeking to escape the ACT model or motivated new graduates wanting full-scope practice.

Compensation & Benefits

• $390K-$400K production-based compensation
• 1099 practice
• $8K annual bonus potential paid quarterly
• $60K sign-on/relo bonus with three-year commitment
• $10K retention bonus after five years
• 7 weeks off per year

Schedule & Call Requirements

Weekday call is approximately 3-4 times per month (1st, 2nd, or 3rd call). Weekend call is approximately every 4th to 5th weekend, reducing as staffing increases. Holiday call is approximately one per year.

Case Mix

General, ortho, ENT, bariatrics, plastics, GYN, peds dental, peds ENT, GI, urology, spine, neuro, optional OB. No trauma, cardiac, or thoracic cases.
