Cardiac CRNA No Call 4-Day Week | Albuquerque, NM

Position Overview

Main Street Anesthesia seeks an experienced cardiac CRNA for Lovelace Heart Hospital of New Mexico in Albuquerque. The role focuses on independent practice in EP, vascular, occasional CT OR, and general OR cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Cover EP procedural rooms and CVL lab
• Manage vascular cases including open re-vascularization
• Occasional CT OR and general OR coverage
• Hybrid suites handle approximately 300 TAVRs, 50 MitraClips, EVARs, and TCARs annually

Schedule and Call

4-day work week with no call, weekends, or holidays. Busy EP rooms run 7a-7p.

Compensation

$350K base with opportunity to reach $400K through additional shifts. 1099 practice. $8K annual bonus potential paid quarterly. $60K sign-on or relocation bonus for 3-year commitment. 10 weeks off per year.

Lovelace Heart Hospital of New Mexico is a 57-bed boutique cardiac and vascular facility with 3 ORs, 2 hybrid suites, 3 EP procedure rooms, and a robust cath lab program.

Requirements

Experienced CRNA able to work independently. Contractors must maintain insurance compliant with the NM Patient Compensation Fund.
