Position Overview

Production-based Anesthesiologist opportunity with a physician-owned 1099 group in Fresno, California. Physicians perform their own cases with no CRNA supervision. General and cardiac anesthesiologists are considered.

Compensation & Benefits

Production-based model plus stipends. Typical full general call schedule with 6-8 weeks off generates $800K-$900K annually. Additional work can push earnings to $1M+. Group-rate malpractice option available. Relocation assistance may be structured as an advance.

Schedule & Call Requirements

Typical full general call schedule. Approximately 1 weekend every 5-6 weeks and 3-4 in-house calls per month. In-house coverage includes OB and trauma with additional home-call responsibilities. Stipends for 24-hour downtown OB and trauma shifts. Schedules published 2 months ahead with flexibility to trade call and shifts. 8 weeks of vacation annually.

Physician-owned group practicing across three hospitals. Physicians operate on equal footing from day one with no traditional partnership track or buy-in. Low group overhead with remaining funds distributed based on full-time status and production. Fair call system gives physicians higher on the call list first choice of OR rooms.
