Position Overview

Academic faculty role for a fellowship-trained Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiologist at a leading academic health system in Georgia. The position is based at the state's only dedicated children's hospital and combines pediatric cardiac anesthesia with general pediatric cases.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary ranges from $500,000 to $540,000 plus a $20,000 fellowship differential. Additional benefits include a $40,000 sign-on bonus, $10,000 relocation allowance, 56 paid days off annually, $5,000 CME allowance with 10 days, and comprehensive health, retirement, and malpractice coverage.

Schedule & Call Requirements

Structured call schedule with home pager coverage and rare overnight call-ins.

Qualifications

Fellowship training in pediatric cardiac anesthesia is required. The role includes teaching and mentoring responsibilities within an academic environment.
