Autonomous CRNA | $400K+ | 12 Weeks PTO | Hermiston, OR

Position Overview

Join a collegial, all-CRNA anesthesia team in Hermiston, Oregon. This full-time employed position offers full autonomy with no supervision required. The team includes 9 CRNAs practicing to the full scope of their license.

Schedule & Call Requirements

Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM. Light 1:10 call rotation (approximately 29 nights and 5-6 weekends per year) with post-call day off. On-call apartment provided along with free meals.

Compensation & Benefits

Base compensation of $385K plus 5% quality bonus and incentives for $400K+ potential. $50K sign-on bonus. $4,500 CME allowance. All dues and licenses paid. Relocation allowance. 12 weeks PTO. Employer-paid medical, dental, and vision. 403(b) and 457 retirement plans with employer match.

Practice Details

Diverse case mix including general, ortho, OB/GYN, ENT, and endoscopy. Perform blocks, epidurals, and central lines. 10 operating rooms.
