Position Overview

UCHealth seeks a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) for a full-time role in Colorado Springs, CO. The position offers a collaborative medical direction model in a Level 1 and Level 3 trauma facility with ASCs.

Schedule and Call Requirements

Available schedules include 10-hour or 12-hour shifts. The role includes 1 weekend and 2-3 swing shifts per five weeks. No overnight call is required.

Practice Details

Case mix covers ortho, neuro, spine, GI, GU, plastics, vascular, general surgery, gynecology, and OB. Epic EMR is used system-wide.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay range is $232960-$305427 annually based on experience. Starting bonus up to $30000. Additional stipend for evening and weekend shifts. Annual QVIP up to $10000. Relocation up to $10000 if eligible. Malpractice insurance is paid. CME allowance up to $3500 and 5 days. 403(b) with employer match and 457(b) option. Requirements

Master's degree from accredited program. NCCAA certification. Colorado AA license. BLS, ACLS, PALS. No experience required. Visa sponsorship not available.
